Hey everybody. My name is Carlee, hence the username calree!
I'm only 17, but I've been writing for some time, I remember writing stories about fairies stuck in apartment buildings and bathtub mermaids on my old clunky home computer when I was like four, so it's been a while.
I started off, as most of us do, posting fanfiction, but I don't do much in the way of that anymore. These days I primarily write fiction, and dabble in poetry, although I have more experience in the former.
I'm getting my GED right now, and I want to be a librarian ultimately. And also maybe a freelance writer/editor. I want to do all the literature things, essentially.
I have a writing tumblr, rosepeddling.tumblr.com, but most of what gets posted there is a bit silly.
I like to make new friends, so come say hi!
